As the starting point of family education, family moral education provides the environment and the soil of moral development for children. But the in family education in the process, many parents and education who too much attention to children exist problems, often taken to criticize and punish, the critical negative ways to educate their children, lack of children good conduct positive, positive and optimistic, leading to problems such as the family moral education, the effectiveness of minimal. This paper in reference based on the core of positive psychology theory, using literature method, questionnaire survey method and case method and interviews research methods, from the perspective of the positive moral education in current family moral education present situation, reason analysis, tries to construct a positive moral education theory model and practical path.This article is divided into four parts: the first part, through the empirical investigation of the depth of the current situation of family moral education. The second part, based on the data in the questionnaire, presents the characterization of family moral education, and through the analysis of the characterization, in order to clarify the reasons for the current family moral education problems. The third part, on the basis of psychology and philosophy, to construct the theoretical model of active family moral education. The fourth part, with the theory model of active family moral education as the guidance, from the three dimensions of social, school, family to construct the family active moral education mode of practice.
