The current moral education in junior middle school shows the characteristics of negativity.School moral education is keen on correcting students' bad behaviors,ignoring the discovery and development of their positive morality,and the correction of bad behaviors often expands to the discipline of many other behaviors.In this process,teachers are endowed with absolute dominant or even violent authority."Negative moral education" constitutes the realistic dilemma of school moral education,which hinders the realization of positive moral education value and the generation and development of students' virtue.The special moral development characteristics of junior high school students and the moral development problems caused by the characteristics will enlarge the destructive power of "negative moral education".The key to break through the dilemma of school moral education is to change the thinking of school moral education and replace the negative moral education with the positive moral education.In terms of connotation,positive moral education inherits the advantages of appreciation education and agglomerates positive moral attitude.In view of the phenomenon that negative moral education pays too much attention to the "Deviation" of moral education to correct bad behaviors,positive moral education emphasizes the focus and screening of students' positive morality.In the concept,positive moral education regards morality as a positive way of life,and exists in the hope of pursuing the integrity of life and the happiness of individuals.Moral education is not a restriction but a positive channel to help people develop.The correction of bad behavior can not outline the whole picture of school moral education.Moral education should stimulate the individual's positive potential and create individual advantages.The fundamental goal of positive moral education is to help students form a positive self in moral development,that is,a positive individual with internal moral development motivation and explicit positive moral behavior.To build a positive self,we need to build a school moral community and a class practice community in order to build a positive macro condition for the moral development of students.In addition,we need to build a positive interpersonal relationship in the macro environment and form a close emotional connection between people.Positive environment,positive relationship and positive self are not three elements separated and isolated from each other.On the contrary,in the interaction and symbiosis between self and the outside world,the three elements of positive moral education are interrelated,interdependent,interactive and interactive,forming a systematic,stable and dynamic system of action and operation.Positive moral education reconstructs the methodology of modern moral education.It does not pursue the temporary efficiency,and changes in students' current behavior,but pays more attention to the cultivation of students' positive self in moral development.In the practice of positive moral education in junior high school,teachers need to grasp three basic points:kindness without pampering,listening without evaluation,encouragement without praise.The construction of community is the premise of the practice of positive moral education.In the community,positive moral education renews the punishment concept of moral education,abandons the behavior of teachers imposing punishment on students unilaterally in negative moral education,advocates that teachers empower students,solve problems together through the cooperation between teachers and students,partners,harvest positive experience in cooperation,form and maintain a positive relationship,and shape a sense of responsibility and sympathy,care and participation.
