Abstract/Summary:
As a unique sample of Chinese literary, classical poetry is the art treasure of the Chinese splendid culture, which has influenced the later generations with has refined language, artistic conception and strong emotion. It was originated from the pre-Qin period and thriving in Tang dynasty. Classical poetry keeps in the most significant place as a glorious scenery line in Chinese traditional culture. The teaching of Classical poetry is the most important part of in Chinese lecture. Also it inherited the carrier of national culture and bears the main responsibility of fostering and development of students’ accomplishment and the appreciation of the beauty, even the view of life and world. However, for the education condition nowadays, the teaching mode of classical poetry tends to be more stylization, It did not cause the highly attention from the front-line teachers. How to make the high grade-section pupils understand the traditional culture deeply and improve the passion of patriotism for enhancing the student’s Chinese literacy accomplishment via the teaching in classroom lecture, which becomes the main issue in teachers’ working list today.With those problems, the author did a lot of related research, and got more profound understanding of classical poetry teaching strategies in primary school stage during the research the direction of The Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education Published in 2011. That is the teaching of classical poetry in primary school for high grade-section should be different from others learning period. According to the rule of students’ psychological developing teachers’ should transform a new classical poetry teaching method, making the classical poetry as an important part in Chinese literature learning.Talking into consideration of high grade-section pupils’ characteristics, this study puts forward principles of accumulation, experience and developing for teaching them, through the comparisons with other grades of primary school and the high school. Indeed, it can influence students’ sentiment, improve their beauty appreciation and imagination as well as promote national culture. We find poetry recitation, artistic conception, aspects which can use as an effective teaching strategies and enhance students’ understanding in poetry learning.The author expects to introduce the strategy to the first-line educators via the strategy research in teaching of classical poetry of primary school period. In the meantime, author would like to provide some valuable suggestions in teaching strategy to the first-line educators.
