Abstract/Summary:
The integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education is an important link to construct modern vocational education system. After more than five years of trying, some valuable experience has been gained in integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education. However, there are all sorts of problems in the supporting issues. So far, there has not been a perfect supporting system. All these problems need to be analyzed and discussed.The paper studys the problems of the supporting issues of talent cultivation in integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education. It makes a comprehensive use of pedagogy and management theory and etc, which combines with pre-study information and starts from the thinking logic of system basic mode.It makes a research on the assurance of input, process and output of talent cultivation in integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education, in order to find out the existing lack and problems of them.This paper consists of five chapters. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the study background,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research, presents the research project of this paper, defines the core concepts and determines the dimensions of the study.The second chapter introduces the main problems of external assurance of talent cultivation in the integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education. It focuses on the communication and coordination problems, top design and management issues and the protection of the teaching staff, and analyzes the problem of communication and coordination of inter school cooperation linkage and professional communication and coordination problems, top design and management problems under the top-level design problems, transfer section,student management and quality control problems and investment of teachers and training in teachers’supporting problems.The third chapter introduces the analysis of the solutions to the problem of supporting issues in the integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education. On the basis of full investigation, three typical cases selected are chosen to analyze the solution for the communication and coordination, quality monitoring and management of the three aspects of the assurance issues.The fourth chapter introduces the measures for the supporting issues. On the basis of extensive reading of foreign literature, the specific system and practice of the integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education in the two countries of the United States and Australia are selected and compared with China,which are worth for us to learn from rheir experience.The fifth chapter introduces the countermeasures and suggestions on supporting issues in the integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education. In view of the existing problems, combined with foreign experience and case analysis, this study puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the supporting framework of the talent cultivation, combined with foreign experience and case analysis, this study puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the supporting framework of the talent cultivation in integrated education between secondary and higher vocational education.
