| The rapid development of Chinese education makes the masses whose expectation o f high quality education is increasing raise a further claim on the level of teachers’ occup ation ability at the same time.Facing the new situation, CECC has developed the teacher qualification policy according to the current state of the requirement of teachers to ensur e the quality of teachers.Based upon the current state that different periods of policy rais e various claims on the level of teachers’ occupation ability,for gym teacher is an indispe nsable part in the teachers’ team,the requirements for PE teachers’ teaching quality has developed as well. Higher school sports education major is an important basis of the dev elopment of high quality physical teachers and talents.With the characteristic of the local university curriculum reform constantly introduced, to evaluate the effect of curriculum reform is imperative.Physical education basic skill contest(hereinafter referred to as the basic skill contest)immediately produced,it’s an important measure to further enhance th e quality of physical teachers, develop the level of quality of higher school sports educat ion major,evaluate the effect of curriculum reform and cultivate teachers for the basic ed ucation reform and development. However,the basic skill contest has become the center of attention because its value might be affected under the background that the recent intr oduction of the teacher certification policy has reformed.Thus, the article will search con test of basic value from the perspective of history performance and fight for the most val ue of basic skill contest.The article utilizes kinds of research technique such as document literature, field intervie w and logic analysis,sees the policy of contest of basic value in different periods as the research object, the classification of basic skill contest through three dimensions( tracing value,practical value,expected value) of the value analysis as discussion object.The result displays:1.The tracing value of basic skill contest reflects that under the influence of policy, the p rofessional ability of PE teacher is the focus of the evaluation of the basic skill contest.Affected by issues such as unreasonable race system,unfair select and imperfect supervise mechanism,students haven’t revealed the professional ability they have perfectly.The pro fessional display rate is only 30% and there is a huge room for improvement.2.The practical value of basic skill contest reflects that the teaching quality of PE teache rs has replaced the professional ability as the focus of the evaluation of the basic skill co ntest.Affected by issues such as unreasonable selection process and the unfair phenomen a in education,the teaching quality that students perform in the contest has developed,the teaching quality display rate has arrived 65% and there is still a large room to improve.3.The expected value of basic skill contest reflects that adjusting and giving optimized p roject to basic skill contest according to expert opinion and typical cases makes the teac hing quality display rate arrive 90% and the design becomes more reasonable. |
