| since 2018,the state has issued a number of policies to guide the construction of a new era of teachers.The purpose of the basic skills competition for college students majoring in physical education in Guangdong province is to check the level of running the school and the quality of personnel training,and to guide the direction of personnel training and the reform of college students majoring in physical education.Its attribution belongs to the process evaluation.Therefore,considering the current reality,it is of positive significance to deeply study the deficiencies of the actual college physical education students’ basic skills competition.Based on the in-depth understanding of relevant policy texts,this paper mainly analyzes the competition organization and content setting of the basic skills competition for college students majoring in physical education in Guangdong province in the past three years employing literature review,field observation,expert interview and logical reasoning.Research conclusions:(1)The rationality of the Guangdong provincial competition is as follows: it better reflects the main links of the training of sports education professionals;comprehensive investigation of the basic theoretical knowledge of the profession;based on the situation of the province,the establishment of special projects for swimming;the teaching plan design assessment method reflects sports The level and logic of the content of the course;the Guangdong province competition provides a three-dimensional presentation of the basic teaching ability of the participating students through lectures and live micro lessons.(2)The inadequacies of the Guangdong Province competition include: the selection scope of the participants in the 4th grade and the selection method submitted by the participating unit to the big list,which directly leads to the "distortion" of measuring the quality of physical education majors,and between universities The competition is "unfair";the design of the public English assessment content cannot effectively reflect the characteristics of physical education;the content of the competition selected in the last three special technical projects cannot meet the social needs for physical education students.;(3)Guangdong province competition optimization measures: further optimize the competition methods.Drawing on the organization model of the National Basic Skills Competition for Physical Education Majors,the third grade students are selected uniformly,and the competition time is adjusted to be held around July.Use random selection to select the team members and specific competition content;further optimize the competition content.Based on the construction of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong Province and the requirements of relevant policies,increase the content of English for sports majors,increase the oral assessment of English,improve the students’ ability to use language tools;further optimize special technical projects.Set up special technical projects according to the current social needs,relevant policy regulations and the content of physical education professional training programs in colleges and universities,and randomly select specific competition content in the three-week meeting of the Secretary-General before the game to comprehensively investigate student special items ability.Suggestions: Modify the selection scope and selection method of the contestants in Guangdong Province in a timely manner;increase the professional English assessment in the content of the competition,improve the overall assessment content of special technical projects,and choose the method of "drawing the content of specific competitions";the holding time of the competition is adjusted to 7 Around the month.Through the optimization of the above three aspects,the true and comprehensive talent training level of each university is displayed to the greatest extent,and the good role of the Guangdong province game in guiding the training direction of physical education professionals in universities is exerted. |
