Teaching model is the medium between teaching theory and teaching practice, so the study of the teaching models can promote the deepening of the teaching practice and the contracting of teaching theory and it plans an important role in teaching aims. The study aims at constructing a new teaching model-Double Plan Teaching Model, which is more practical, more suitable for current Chinese situation and can help the fundamental education become true. The methodology in the study includes: literature review, concluding of the experiences, research study, statistic analysis and quality study.The study mainly includes the following four parts;First part is literature review. By analyzing traditional teaching model, inquiry learning model, elaborative learning model and constructive teaching model, the study raised Double Plan Teaching Model and then worked out the teaching steps.Second part mainly employs action research. The subjects under study involve 253 high school students from Zhangye High School. It takes a revision lesson as an example to show the new teaching model. By rethinking and revising, we improved the new teaching model.The third part employs statistic analysis and quality study. By using a questionnaire and free talks, we evaluated the new teaching model.The forth part is a conclusion. Some suggestions for the application of the new teaching model and further research are given, hoping the study would offer some reference for other research in the future.
