Visually impaired education is education for disabled children and juveniles vision, also known as blind education, generally including blind pre-school blind, blind elementary school, junior high school, high school, blindness of higher education. Vision disability commonly known as "blind", covers the blindness and low vision. Eyesight disabled students, hereinafter referred to as blind students. For visually impaired school education generally called blind.This paper mainly studies the blind compulsory education stage, one to nine grade mathematics teaching. Born due to the visually impaired eyesight disabled, not like everybody see the world with only to handle the generation of "eyes", "hear and believe", coupled with the blind teaching lag, so visually impaired normal school mathematics teaching and teaching is very different, there are many typical examples and problems. In recent years, under the party and the country attaches great importance to, special education enterprise vigorous development. In the new round of visually impaired education curriculum reform background, from top to bottom, to the visually impaired school and the teacher put forward higher request.
