A Research On Classroom Observation In Middle School Education Management

Teacher’s job is teaching. The ability and level of teachers directly affects the next generation of the country. Therefore, how to improve teachers’ professional competence and literacy is a subject worthy of thought and study.According to the new curriculum reform,the teachers and educational experts`research, and on the basis of educational theory and education activities I do some research about classroom observation in Middle school Education Management.First, I state the new requirements of curriculum reform to activities of classroom observation.I also state the new standard of classroom observation.Second, according to the inherent demand of the classroom observation,it discusses the problems in the process of classroom observation activity in Middle School Education Management.Third, it studies the reasons in the process of classroom observation activity in Middle School Education Management. Finally,according to the new curriculum requirements as well as the essential characteristics of Educational Management, combined with practical experience as well as education experts view,and the advanced experience of myself, I made some concrete suggestions for improvement. And I attempt to build up a sound system of classroom observation in order to facilitate the management of the school education.Classroom observation are effective measures to implement the teaching management and promote teaching reform. According to the actual situation of teaching school and learn from the advanced experience, the leader of the school or educational managers should standardize activities of classroom observation. The development of science and technology and the country’s development is inseparable from education.Classroom observation is an important part of education and teaching. We should pay high attention to it in order to put to good use and serve the education and teaching better.
