cultivating the core accomplishment of the discipline and constructing the active ideological and political course are the two major tasks of the new curriculum standard for the high school ideological and political discipline.As the main channel of curriculum implementation,classroom teaching is the key to the implementation of the new educational concept.In the current exploration,the high school ideological and political activity class has become one of the most popular classes,and the related listening and evaluation activities are increasing day by day.Listening and evaluating class is an important activity for front-line teachers to improve classroom teaching.Classroom observation is a kind of specialized listening and evaluating course.The related theories have been developed for 30 years in our country,during which researchers have developed many methods and tools to help promote the professional development of teachers,but on the whole,There are still some problems in these tools,such as the lack of subject characteristics and curriculum characteristics,the lack of comprehensive observation dimensions,the serious separation between view and measurement,and the difficulty of understanding and operating by front-line teachers.In view of the above problems,in order to help the front-line teachers to better carry on the classroom observation and the teaching effect evaluation to the high school ideological and political activity class,this research root According to the requirements of the Standard of ideological and political Curriculum in General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),combining with the relevant theories of core literacy and effective teaching,relying on the high-quality resources of practice schools,after repeated grinding,respectively,the LICC paradigm-based has been compiled.The classroom observation scale and the teaching effect measurement scale with the characteristics of high school ideological and political discipline and activeclassroom class type have been applied in practice to prove its feasibility.In order to provide tools for improving the teaching of ideological and political activity-oriented classroom and the cultivation of the core accomplishment in the field of classroom observation,it is expected to provide tools for improving the teaching of ideological and political activity-oriented classroom.This paper is mainly divided into three parts,the first part is the first chapter to the third chapter,is the stage of theoretical preparation.In the first chapter,the literature review of classroom observation related research is carried out.The second chapter defines the core concept,and summarizes the effective teaching theory,LICC paradigm,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction and compilation of the scale.The third chapter combs the connotation and discipline characteristics of the ideological and political activity curriculum in senior high school,and sums up the problems existing in the current classroom observation tools in order to provide a reference for the establishment of the index system and evaluation points of the scale.Make the developed scale more Targeted.The second part is four and five chapters,which are the construction and preparation stages of the two scales.The fourth chapter is based on the LICC paradigm,according to the relevant theory of effective teaching,combining the characteristics of the ideological and political discipline and the characteristics of the active classroom,and the requirements of cultivating the core literacy of the discipline.Compiled "the high school ideological and political activity-oriented classroom observation scale".In the fifth chapter,according to the spirit of the new curriculum standard and under the discussion of the Conference of Teaching and Research of the practice School for many times,after repeated grinding,a three-level index system consisting of 30 evaluation points has been established,and on this basis,the LICC paradigm has been compiled as the guidance.The third part is the sixth chapter and the conclusion,which is the stage of the actual application of the scale.This paper selects a representative classroom observation in the process of application,and proves the maneuverability and application value of the two scales through the analysis of an example.The conclusion summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this study.
