| Observation and commentary on the class is a kind of usual way of the efficient management and improving the classroom instruction quality. Nowadays in the background of implementing the new curriculum, the function of observation and commentary on the class will be more abundant and prominent: It both has the traditional duty of controlling the teaching quality and gives full scope to transmit the new curriculum idea, shares the experience of curriculum reformation, advances the teacher specialized development continually. However, there are some problems in the practice of observation and commentary on the class in middle schools, which limits the function display of observation and commentary on the class. Although the influence factor of observation and commentary on the class in junior middle schools is multitudinous, observation and commentary on the class is a key aspect. In addition, comparing with other influence factors, the observation and commentary on the class is a relatively controllable factor. So to conduct the research of the observation and commentary on the class, to find the problems on the observation and commentary on the class system, to suggest how to improve the present observation and commentary on the class, the author will advance the system constructing of the observation and commentary on the class in middle schools have the positive function of giving full scope of teaching management function of the observation and commentary on the class system as well as effective implementation of the new curriculum.Because the observation and commentary on the class system itself is one kind of rule agreement which takes the text as the carrier, Its function size and the affection height must be dynamic reflect through its class activity in terms of an agreement. Therefore, this thesis cuts into the present situation of observation and commentary on the class, In literature research foundation, the author uses methods which consist of the questionnaire and the individual interview unify to investigate present situation of observation and commentary on the class in current junior middle school, to comb some questions, to analysis the system reason behind the questions. Then propose the suggestions of improving the observation and commentary on the class system and to provide the reference for educational administration department and the school superintendent. This thesis consists of two parts: introduction and main text.The introduction part mainly elaborates the background and the significance of the selected topic, gives the idea "the observation and commentary on the class" which is forded by the thesis, "the system of the observation and commentary on the class", constructs the research goal, the method and the mentality.In the main text, the first chapter "the correlation research present situation in the domestic and foreign" is the literature review and the summary, which is devided into evaluation of teaching, evaluation of classroom teaching, observation and commentary on the class to comb the domestic abroad correlation research literature, to reorganize the progress of the correlation research, to discover the viewpoint which may be used in this thesis. The second chapter "the investigation of the present situation of the observation and commentary on the class" mainly includes two parts "the design and implementation of the investigation". It states separately the design proposals, the implementing process and the investigative result of two questionnaires related to the present situation of the observation and commentary on the class as well as the individual interview. The third chapter "existence question and institutional origin analysis", mainly induces the existed main question from the result of the present situation investigation of the observation and commentary on the class, and carries on the analysis of the question institutional origin behind. The fourth chapter "the suggestion of improving the observation and commentary on the class", is on the base of the third chapter which analysis the reasons behind the question ,proposes the suggestions of further improving the system of observation and commentary on the class in middle schools .they are to correct the aim of evaluation from the system, to improve the content and standard of evaluation from the system, to set up the encourage system of classroom survey among schools and to improve hardware installation and perfect training system. |
