The flipped classroom is a basic mode of teaching and learning conversion,generally speaking, the function of teachers and students is the flip flip function.Change from the teachers’ teaching for students’ autonomous learning, by the students to complete the work, for the guidance of teachers to complete the work, but also the main place of learning into a family, and the classroom is the time to complete the job. This be quite different from the traditional teaching reflects the flip, flip teaching is a fundamental change in the teaching. Because the subject of teaching and learning to change the subject, caused a positive change in the field of education. The fundamental teaching mode of this kind of education is to enable students to become masters of learning, from the original "let me learn" cramming teaching gradually change to "study" mode. At the same time, through the modern society more and more advanced Internet learning mode, better and faster to the real life education teaching mode gradually extended to online learning, let more students liberate the hands and feet,become the true masters of learning. In turn this process, continue to stimulate the interest of students, but also enhance the students’ initiative in learning, these problems are to some extent explains the important meaning of turning teaching. For the traditional teaching, it may not happen, the traditional way of teaching system and teaching methods have undergone a fundamental change. The teachers’ subjective role in continuously dissipate, and the main role of the students is constantly highlighted.Through such a paradigm shift, practice can cultivate more high-quality learning literacy,to obtain superior learning outcomes.This paper through the conventional way of writing, to achieve a comprehensive introduction to the teaching in the teaching process of the overall turnover of. Through the effective use of the literature, research about the case involves the related research conclusion is obtained. In the first chapter, focuses on the flip classroom can appear and gradually accepted by the society background, including its origin, the development background and the current development trend of factors. The third chapter focuses on analysis of the flipped classroommodel of development, put forward the improvement. Design and application of the teaching mode of the fourth chapter of the flipped classroom, including the teacher role orientation, teaching video design, personalized collaborative learning environment construction, the design of classroom activities. The fifth chapter through literature research summarizing the practice of small scope of the flipped classroom teaching mode in China and explore the problems, combined with the practice of our country puts forward the development strategy of localization.
