The Growth Path Of Private Kindergarten

In recent years,a variety of social forces start to run kindergartens.Private kindergarten have gradually become the main strength of pre-school education in our country, which contribute to promote the development of pre-school education.But with the private kindergarten quickly occupied the market, there has been a series of problems, and its development has yet to be perfected.The research about the growth of private kindergarten helps to enrich the kindergarten theory study, and provides experience and practical guidance for those who run kindergartens.Different with the current theoretical studies on the growth and development of the private kindergarten,the persent study take C-Kindergarten(referred to as “C”)as the research target which is a mature preschool education group in ZhuZhou City.Listening to the voices of those founders, the researcher had interviewed with the founders,principal,teachers and patents,and visited the kindergarten.Descripting the growth path of C,the researcher gets some reflection and enlightment.The study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,which contains research backgroud and objectives,research methods and process.The next three chapter is about the growth process and way,difficulties and development of C.The researcher had analyzed the way C successfully established and grow, discussed the growing confusion and the future direction of development.The fifth chapter is the revelation base on case.The grow of private kindergartens is a complex process,involving all aspects of the kindergarten.Combined with the growth story of C,the author summarizes the growing experiences of private kindergarten and get several reflection from four aspects which is kindergarten-running patterns;quality and source of students,mobility of teacher and human capital;characteristic develop.In this paper, the research is concentraited on a well-development private kindergarten.The researcher haven’t prepared to propose general rules, but pay attention to situational and actual development. Contacting with the founder of private kindergarten,I hope I can do some valuable work through the research.
