With the rapid development of preschool education and the constantly updated educational concept, a large number of high-quality preschool teachers’ training gradually put on the agenda. As an important part of vocational education, Secondary vocational education plays an important role in the training of preschool teachers. The typical characteristic of qualified "professionals" is the job competency, which can flexibly deal with all the job-related tasks. And this ability can only be obtained through a lot of practice in the long-term real or simulated work scenarios. Therefore, vocational schools should strengthen the practice teaching, pay attention to the training of students’ practical ability. The level of practice teaching often reflects the characteristics of vocational education, and decides the realization of the goal of talent training. However, vocational students have some shortcomings, such as the lack of theory, the weakness of practical skills, the deficiency of comprehensive occupation ability, which makes it difficult to adapt to the job. In order to the achievement of the close docking between leaning and practicing, enabling students to become qualified "professionals", improving the practice teaching is imminent. This study makes the comprehensive research in the improvement of the practical teaching of preschool education from the perspective of "Professionals",through taking the reverse way of thinking, using the preschool teachers’ post standard to determine the standards of teaching.Firstly, on the basis of the understanding "practical teaching", I come to know the practical teaching actualities of secondary vocational schools through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students of three secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province.And then analyze problems existing in practical teaching activities in the major of preschool education from the perspective of "professionals" point of view, setting the stage for building practical teaching scheme.Secondly, the theoretical and positional basis of the practical teaching design of preschool education major in secondary vocational school are informed. Following the model of five stage professional development and kindergarten teachers’ work tasks, choose the practical contents according the difficulty level, prompting the beginners to the skilled "professionals".Thirdly, a more systematic practice teaching program is designed from three aspects: the practice teaching goals, implementation process and evaluation,which focuses on two main lines teaching and student management to strengthen the practice of educating people,and puts forward specific strategies beneficial to the practical teaching in vocational preschool education major, and to improve the adaptability of personnel training.Finally, in order to ensure the successful implementation of the practical teaching program and students’ practical ability is actually achieved, this study puts forward the guarantee conditions.
