Now the development of basic education is paid more and more social attention, primary school is paid widespread attention as the connection point of preschool education and basic education, the quality of the primary school teachers directly determines the quality of our citizens in the future. From the social to the school and then to the family, we are hoping to emerge more outstanding teachers of primary school, but the growth process from a new teacher without any practical experience to a good teacher is long and complex, so the attention and research of excellent primary school teachers’ professional development should also be more broader and deeper.Through a variety of research methods like literature method, case study, interview method and observation method, This paper makes a full range of analytical of 18 years professional growth process of teacher ChenYamin in Shijiazhuang Lei Feng primary school, and extracted operational recommendations from the professional development of teachers in primary school, The full text is divided into seven parts:The first part: introduction. Mainly including the question proposed, research significance, related research literature review, defines the concept of excellent primary school teachers and teachers’ professional development and puts forward the research methods used in this article, make simple introduction of teacher ChenYamin who’s the research object of this paper.The second part: the value pursuit and the present situation of the training goal in primary school. Interpret the China’s current value pursuit of the training goal, and Chen’s value orientation in this regard; and according to the author’s thinking and content of Chen’s interviews come to a reflection of primary education and the current situation of teaching.The third part: an excellent primary school teachers’ professional development process--review of teacher ChenYamin’s professional growth process. The Chen’s 18 years professional growth process is divided into four stages: novice fumble period, practice development period, reflection leap period and bounds and explore development, each stage were analyzed and summarized, and explore the contents and characteristics in different professional growth stages of her.The fourth part: the rich and colorful classroom study-- the practice of teacher ChenYamin’s classroom teaching. Through the case analysis of teacher Chen in the classroom teaching of mathematics, Chinese, moral character, the paper emphatically analyzes the reform and innovation of teacher Chen in the classroom teaching. Mining teacher Chen’s education thought from teaching practice.The fifth part: make the good collective class--the practice of teacher ChenYamin’s class management. By introduce teacher Chen’s decentralization art in class management, analyze the teacher-student interaction process of teacher Chen and her class in inside and outside school activities and special events in the classroom, mining the underlying causes of teacher Chen’s good collective class analyzing and refining teacher Chen’s class management thought.The sixth part: cooperating multi-faceted and close with parents--the practice of teacher ChenYamin’s home-school cooperation. Analyze teacher Chen and parents’ cooperation and interaction in students’ learning knowledge, developing habits, creating characters and other aspects, showing teacher Chen and parents’ mutual encouraging and supporting, and the emotional connection of them, summarize teacher Chen’s experience and growth in cooperation with parents.The seventh part: the Enlightenment of the excellent primary school teachers’ professional development process.
