Epoch is calling the new education and new education is calling high quality teachers. Improving teachers' ability has been matters of common concern. Primary school is the beginning of basic education and its quality and students' good habits developing level are very important to the whole teaching system. Therefore it has more practical significance to conduct more research and focus more on the teachers' professional development.The study includes six parts. By using the methods of questionnaires, observation and information collection, this paper chooses three teachers who are typical representative figures of 70 excellent teachers of Jinchuan Company primary schools for investigation, compares and analyzes their course of growing up with some constructive suggestions given to the primary school teachers' professional development.Part I summarizes the aims and significance of the research, the train of thought of the research and the methods.Part II introduces the related concepts and theory.Part III and Part IV investigate the teachers in Jinchuan Company primary schools about the current status , problems and the course of formation. The study finds that the teachers in Jinchuan Company primary schools have great advantages in professional development: from each school's point of view: 1.The construction and formation of educational ideas and professional spirit have obvious characters; 2.Training result is quite good; 3.the schools keep in touch with the students' parents so tightly that it joins forces to educate the students; 4.The standardization of the evaluation of professional titles ensures the teachers' legitimate rights and interests ,which promotes the teachers' enthusiasm about improving their self quality, and works well on stabilizing the teacher group. From the teachers' personal points of view: 1.The excellent teachers are made younger;2.The teachers' academic credentials reach a set or higher standard; 3. The teachers have strong professional spirit;4.The teachers' professional cognitive ability is rather good and tend to be steady; 5.The teachers have great professional ability; 6. The teachers have very strong realization of self development;7.Most of the teachers are in charge of the class and are rich in management experience; 8.The relations between the teachers and the students are harmonious; 9.The teachers are rich in teaching and educational technique and ability.Besides, there are still some shortcomings: 1.The teachers are very busy with heavy work pressure, which is disadvantage for the teachers' professional development; 2.The personnel system makes it hard to have a change of personnel, which makes the teacher group very rigid.Part V compares and analyses the teachers' development.Part VI raises some suggestions on teachers' development: From the company's point of view: 1.To improve the construction and formation of educational ideas and professional spirit;2.To establish "learning-type" schools generally; 3.To improve the substantial results of teacher continue education ;4.To establish the school union belong for the teachers; 5.To establish professional organization and management system;6.To establish encouraging mechanisms and assess systems; 7.To give resource by offering time, expense and information. From the teachers' point of view:l. The teachers' individual self motive force should be encouraged; 2.To seek the way of self professional development; 3. Some ideas should be acquired; 4.The teachers should participate in the educational belong actively.
