The teacher's profession's turning is the important trend that the internationalteacher's occupation develops, is one of subjects of contemporary teacher'seducation reform. Based on the theories of the teacher's profession's turning, Thistext subject "a case study of excellent high school history teacher professionalshapes", mainly seeks for effecting his factors of professional shape from teacherZhang's growth process, and analyzes these factors, then finds out the effectivepaths that the teacher's profession develops.Part one: the excellent witness of teacher Zhang. I mainly listen to teacherZhang's history lesson in the No.1 senior school, the lesson "Opium War" is deeplyimpressed. Therefore, I selected to carry on a critique to this knot lesson. I alsocarry on an interview with teacher Zhang's leaders, associate, and the studentwhom he teaches, generalize their appraisal to teacher Zhang.Part two: Teacher Zhang's process of growth. I tallies up a self-statement in theinterview of quasi structure type. The core of Self-statement is teacher Zhang'sgrowth, study, work. It make a show of the growth process of an excellent historyteacher by selecting teacher Zhang's the typical events the typical events about life,work and study.Part three: it analyzes the external factors and the internal factors aboutimpacting Zhang teacher's professional development gradually, the outer factorsconclude social factors, school and leaders' attitudes and so on; The inner factorsconclude self-consciousness, self-capability, practice and pursuing outstanding andso on. We found out the internal factors are prime in of effecting the professionaldevelopment. Consequently, we must try our best to develop subjective activity inorder to acquire acception of leaders, teachers and society, achieve the value of life.The external factors are ignored.Part four: I propose some paths to improve teacher's professional developmentby analyzing the factors of impacting teacher's professional development. Itincludes set up life learning, radicating at the lessons, taking part in educationresearch, learning to introspection, making use of blog and using micro-spaceteaching and so on. It aims at providing some suggestions with young history teachers they have been already or will be.
