With the acceleration of globalization, the environment faced by organizations become more dynamic and complicated, which requires employees to work requirements and the quality of environmental change, should show higher adaptive performance, so it is necessary through exploring the influence factors of adaptive performance to seek the path of ascension. This study in order to graduate within two years of college students as the research object, the personality traits of proactive personality, and is characterized by perception of psychological authorization as breakthrough point, on the research of this problem.On the basis of literature research, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and research model. Through data analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Psychological empowerment and adaptive performance consistent with scale developers on the structure dimensions;(2)The whole adaptive performance in a job and working life of differences, stress and emergency handling dimension in position, education, working years and graduation of time differences, creative problem solving dimension differences in position, culture and interpersonal promotion dimensions exist differences in working fixed number of year;(3)Proactive personality and adaptive performance and its various dimensions, proactive personality and psychological authorization and its different dimensions, psychological authorization and adaptive performance and its stress and emergency treatment, post continuous learning and innovation to solve the problem of three dimensions were significantly positive correlation;(4)Proactive personality and its various dimensions of adaptive performance, proactive personality on psychological authorization and its various dimensions, psychological authorization of adaptive performance and its stress and emergency treatment, post continuous learning and innovation to solve the problem has positive influence on all three dimensions;(5)Psychological authorization in proactive personality and adaptive performance, and in addition to cultural and interpersonal promotion dimension of three dimensions of relationship exists in the partial intermediary role.
