It can see that our country put so much attention on the education.Teacher is the soul leader of human’s, college teacher is the life tutor who is just come into the society.University teachers’ salary management concerning the talent absorbing of scientific and research.With the developing of System of college teachers pay system,merit pay took place over 30%,so the precision of performance assessment index,the structure of the index system optimization are both so important.This article introduced the history and presentation of foreign colleges’ performance evaluation.Analyzed our country’s system of normal college teachers’ merit pay.Found the problem about our country’s ordinary university teachers performance appraisal index system.Used Analytic Hierarchy Process into performance appraisal,Calculated the corresponding weights,to optimize the performance evaluation index system.
