| Recognition of the subject position of students in history teaching, highlight the subjectivity cultivation of students as the center, is the core concept of the new curriculum is important. Combined with the practice, the traditional concepts of education the teacher centered, classroom centered teaching cognitive not enumerated, many of our school has established a student-centered teaching mode, but for the subject of how to cultivate students’ still exists many defects and deficiencies.Through the literature summary, the current domestic and foreign research on the middle school history teaching has reached a certain depth and breadth, but lack of guidance. Therefore, this paper on the basis of the theory of cognitive structure as the research basis, grasp the system analysis to students’ cognitive structure, and then through the students’ subjectivity and content, to further explore the relationship between students’ subjectivity and history teaching in middle school history teaching, and it must be specific and clear view of the students subjectivity. In order to further illustrate the necessity of cultivation of subject of history teaching in middle school, this paper chose the Marx doctrine on man’s all-round development theory and the humanistic education theory as the theoretical basis, and analyzes the practical significance of cultivating the students’ subjectivity. Specific to the middle school history teaching practice, this article in view of the present situation and problems of further discussion, through the analysis of the history teaching in the failure to implement the objective reality of the development of students’ subjectivity. On the cultivation of students’ subjectivity in the teaching of history, subject consciousness from the level of teachers, teaching methods, students view and way of learning to change four aspects countermeasures discussion.
