In the current pre-school family education, except for their parents, there are grandparents. All of them hope their children can be successful. However, owing to their different experiences, educational background, and cultural quality, they have a big difference in terms of how to teach children.The study shows that 91 percent of the families attach great importance to children’s education while the majority of the families have no sense of education consistency. Generally, parents get knowledge through a narrow way and have obvious distinctions. For fathers, the knowledge of educating children is mainly obtained by discussing with the wives; for mothers they mainly rely on their own views and by discussing with their couples; for grandparents, they believe in teachers, mainly by communicating with teachers.Parents have different opinions not only on the concept of education, but also on the education method.The different influences of education between parents and grandparents, sometimes cancel each other out, leaving the children at a loss.Faced with these social problems, the research tries to find out the existing problems, and effective solutions through questionnaire, interview as well as referring to relevant information in order to better promote the pre-school family education. The researcher used the SPSS22.0 statistical software to input, deal with and analyze datas.According to the investigation, there are many inconsistencies and some consistencies among the father, mother and grandparents on education concept, teaching aims as well as teaching methods.In education concept, the inconsistent parts are: mothers think highly of moral character education while fathers attach great importance to intelligence development; Grandparents pay more attention to marks; and they are such a group who hold the view that education mainly depends on school. The consistent parts: nearly ninety percent of parents and grandparents are in favor of the idea to cultivate children’s self-control ability from the very beginning. Besides, most parents think learning quality is mainly cultivated by school; On the whole, parents have the same expectations on children’s school education.In teaching aims, the inconsistent parts: despite their lack of qualification, grandparents have the highest expectation on children’s education. Also they expect to develop children’s self-reliance spirit, but they pay little attention to cultivating children’s independence in practice.In education methods, the inconsistent parts: fathers are too tolerant while mothers are strict, and usually grandparents have no principle; few fathers do not consider other parents’ opinions on education; While educating children, fathers are often disturbed by other family members. In addition, fathers are good at cultivating children’s learning quality while Grandma generation prefer buying snacks for children; Fathers play the most inconsistent role in all family members. The consistent parts: about fifty percent of the parents often buy extracurricular books for children.The researcher deeply analysed and explored the deep reasons for the differences in pre-school family education, and arrived at a conclusion: their own experience, knowledge level, inherent ideas, social development and so on. The distinctions of the four aspects above lead to their differences in children education.According to the above situation, the author puts forward some suggestions.The advice given to grandma generation: pay equal attention to children’s moral and physical development as well as academic performance; and try to make them aware that parents are the key to the development of children’s learning quality; Pay attention to cultivating children’s study quality and good habits in family life; Give the children proper expectation and persuade them to eat less junk food.Advice given to fathers: strict but give children certain room to grow up; consult with other parents before educating the children if necessary. Besides, try to keep his consistency.Advice to all parents: criticizing children should be consistent.Suggestions to people from all walks of life: help parents improve their educational qualities to make sure they can reach an agreement on a higher level.Pre-school family education is vital to the children. Parents need skills, and should improve their educational qualities, find suitable education methods for the children and seek consistency of education on a higher level. Parents and grandparents should communicate with each other and form a complementary and consistent education team, so that it can promote the healthy growth of children.
