For the cognitive aspects, the conversion of the students and teachers’ cognition should be prompted. For the implementation of procedures, the contents of college work-study program’s early stage that preparation and training, middle stage that conduction and reflection, late stage that evaluation and encouragement should be cleared, every stage should through the purpose of cultivating the sense of responsibility. For the regulations of system, it focus on the innovation of management system, giving the Work-study program credits, including in comprehensive evaluation system and implementing the punishment mechanism. For the types of job, the setting of Work-study program’s post should contact students’interest and ability, enhance challenge and innovate viable work-study jobs. For the aspect of cultural environment, it focus on strengthening the emotion of responsibility, enhancing the power of responsibility, improving the ability of responsibility and encouraging the practice of responsible.
