As the basic unit of the school, class is the place where students learn and grow,and also the place of students’ socialization. Class management is an activity to better play these roles of the class. Class management process produces class culture. At the same time, class management is a kind of class culture. Class management culture is formed as a special kind of cultural tendency in the long term management of class,and it’s sub culture of school management culture. Class management culture construction is of great significance for building a good school management culture.With the advance of the new curriculum reform, the class management culture that can meet the needs of curriculum reform should have the characteristic of democracy,openness, individuality, interaction. But in the concept culture, system culture,management strategy, material culture of the present class management culture,there are many kinds of troubles that do not meet the requirements of the education reform.This kind of class management culture is badly in need of improvement.This research takes the class management culture construction of junior high school as the subject. I use the literature research method to further understand the present existing class management culture research results and study the relevant theoretical knowledge. As a teacher who is teaching in Lanshan District Rizhao City, I take the junior high school in Lanshan District Rizhao City as an example, and use the questionnaire method, case analysis method to analyze the troubles of the present junior high school class management culture construction. Here are the troubles:First,there are two kinds of the troubles in the construction of class concept culture: The students lack autonomous management consciousness and the teachers have old students view; Second, there are troubles in the class system culture construction, such as the limited participation of the system development, ineffective system supervision,ignore the moral education function of system;Third,there are the troubles of class management strategy, such as students lack of opportunities to participate in class management, class activities are not systematic, students lack mental health education,home-school cooperation needs to be improved, student personality development is not valued, students’ Internet access lack of guidance etc; Fourth,there are the troubles of the class material culture construction,such as:The educationfunction of the class material culture can not be played, and class material culture has no timeliness. I analysis the causes of each trouble found in the questionnaire survey.Then according to the causes of the troubles, I propose corresponding countermeasures to the troubles. These countermeasures include four parts: Strengthen the construction of the class teacher, construct class management culture of students’ autonomous participation, rich class management culture content, and build a scientific class management evaluation system. On the basis of some management methods of excellent classes and my experience on class teacher work,these countermeasures were formed. I hope the research can improve the class management culture in Lanshan District of Rizhao City, and produce a certain reference value for cultural construction of junior high school class management.
