Class as the most basic of school organization has an important education mission,class culture is an important part of campus culture,to cultivate the students'quality,promote the all-round development of students plays a positive role,based on the important role of class culture,we should strengthen the construction of campus culture,create a positive,civilized and class culture become one of the important means to improve the class construction,culture in the class,is a cultural phenomenon,at the same time,the class culture is a kind of management means,by this means we can achieve the goal of class management.Research of this paper,through the background of the construction of class culture,we know about the problems of class culture construction,to determine the research purpose and research significance of this paper,on the basis of fully understanding the research status at home and abroad,the research status are reviewed,the use of class management culture,humanistic theory,build socialism theory as the theoretical basis,the ChangJun bilingual experimental middle school students conducted a questionnaire survey,to find the class in school culture construction,the problems of existing problems mainly from the content of cultural management,cultural management and culture management mode,on the basis of the existing problems and put forward countermeasures for construction of junior middle school class culture management,and from the concept of humanistic education,teachers'performance evaluation,the teachers troop quality,four aspects,such as information technology provides the measures to guarantee.We hope that we can enrich the theory on junior middle school class culture construction in China through the research of this paper,at the same time provide certain reference to other brother schools,effectively solve the problems existing in the culture construction of class.
