| With the rapid development of science and technology,division of disciplines became more and more detailed, to strengthen cooperation between people has become the theme of the times. Therefore, the new round of basic education curriculum reform in China vigorously promote autonomy,cooperation ", and explore learning methods. " Cooperative learning soon became one of the important strategy in high school biology classroom teaching, this teaching strategy greatly reform the teachers’ teaching concepts and students’ learning methods, and achieved good teaching effect, but there are also some problems that need to be improved. In this study,first consult a large number of documents, describes the theoretical basis definition and research status at home and abroad of cooperative learning. The survey found that 1)some teachers and students in the understanding of cooperative learning remain in the form can not effectively grasp the key elements of cooperative learning;2) The construction of cooperative learning groups is too large in the number of people,team members role is not clear, learning activities to carry out the difficulties and other issues;3)some teachers andstudents are not clear about the goal of cooperative learning.4)the evaluation of cooperative learning is not pluralism and timely.Aiming at the problems existing in the investigation,combined with the actual "biology curriculum standards" and high school biology teaching, made the following cooperative learning optimization countermeasures and suggestions: 1)optimizing the construction of cooperative learning groups,including size, sex ratio, grouping and role assignment and other aspects of the group; 2) optimization of cooperative learning specific operational procedures, including determining and specific the teaching objectives, group learning and teacher monitoring and intervention process and teaching evaluation methods, etc. Finally, combined with the optimization strategy, a teaching design case is listed.This study will provide suggestions for the optimization of cooperative learning strategies. In order to improve the students’ biological science literacy, promote the students’ academic progress, and enhance the students’ cooperation and social skills. |
