Under the situation of the development of our national,starting at the 21 st century,the colleges has expanded the amount of students,which makes the college education scale achieves leapfrog development.By the end of 2014,the scale of college students is more than 35 million people,which is the first in the world,the number of colleges and universities is more than 2800,which is also the first,the gross enrollment ratio of colleges is 37%.With the increasing number of college students,students social organizations are also in constant development,which has become the the most vigorous groups in campus,which is benefit to the campus culture,as well as is helpful for students to develop their specialties,enhancing their practice ability.By joining the club,students can enrich their spare life,cultivate a wide range of interests,also can broaden interpersonal which would help them to solve the problem in the difficulties they will encounter in their later work by training necessary actual combat ability.Industrial engineering theory is widely applied in animal husbandry fishery, manufacturing, construction, catering, warehousing, information, finance and software aspects of the field, with its use in the actual operation of method and theory of technology, many professional problem has been solved. And the orientation party activities in Shenyang Medical College is used to verify the related theory of industrial engineering can be very good application in the organization and management of college organization, can improve the situation of the university community and promote the construction of campus culture.Based on the analysis of the topic background, significance and the research status both domestic and foreign, this paper expounds the some definitions about industrial engineering research theory, such as method of SLP, 5S management, industrial engineering research theory, people engineering and ECRS analysis method, and then explain the university community organization and management problems which may encounter in the common work, with the theory of industrial engineering, then applies the theory of industrial engineering to the practical work in community.
