As the gradual maturity of legal system in China and the improving of recognition to the value of life, people focus more and more on the phenomenon of students’ being injured at school, but generally most of the study is on the dominant injury to the body, the other inhuman educational hurt---invisible psychological harm is ignored. In order to arose the attention of society, parents, schools and educational departments which can cause recessive injury to the students, especially teachers in the teaching process should pay attention to their impact on students by their words and deeds, the author think it is necessary for us to make a research on the issue, it is a kind of exploration in the field of education and psychology.First, this paper introduces the current situation of students invisible psychological harm in junior school, defines the scope of the invisible psychological harm, and carves up different types according to its different conditions. And based on these types, this paper summarized the characteristics of students’ invisible psychological harm. There are concealed, latent, lag, and long-term, destructive,strong self-esteem and poor school performance of children more vulnerable,excellence suffered psychological harm was widely ignored.Next, the paper introduces the consequences of invisible psychological harm,this part mainly analyses from the extent if injury. The harm is divided into physical and psychological. Psychological harm is divided into “direct” and “potential” two aspects. And in every aspect, with the specific cases.Then, this paper analyzes the factors of causing invisible psychological harm.There are four aspects from the external environment contributing factors, including the dignity of teaching profession’s thinking, the impact of parental support, the pressure of the exam-oriented education, and school education departments’ lack of supervision. Teachers’ factors include their poor awareness of the law, lack of education and teaching art, low quality and psychological problems. Students factors primarily reflected in the quality of students and poor state of mind. And this paper also refers the bully phenomenon between groups of students within the school.At last, to reduce the frequency of the occurrence of the phenomenon from the maximum limit, the author come up with some measures to avoid invisible psychological harm in school.
