With the new curriculum reform, “mathematics wide-angle” has been a featured module in the mathematic textbook published by People’s Education Press. The role of the module in the textbook is special and important.The thesis first summarizes the research background of some questions related to “mathematics wide-angle” and current situation of domestic and overseas studies. It has a deepened understanding of “mathematics wide-angle” problem and determines the research content and methods by summarizing and evaluating existing research results. In this article we generally use questionnaires to survey teachers and students. After a systematic analysis and comparison of the results of questionnaires, we obtain some teaching strategies suitable for rural primary school teachers to teach “mathematics wide-angle” and they are divided into three aspects as follows:First, pay attention to grade differences and organize teaching according to the hierarchy and the learning stages, which includes to improve the learning interest of students from different grades, properly arrange fore exercises and study with thinking and specific purposes; exercises must be interesting; cultivate students’ ability of thinking and the ability to solve problems gradually; optimize strategies and master teaching methods.Second, have a deepened understanding of the textbook; master corresponding knowledge and background and know the teaching objectives clearly including the significance of setting “mathematics wide-angle” module; understand the textbook and make full use of the textbook; master corresponding knowledge and background and know the teaching objectives clearly.Third, enhance teachers’ professionalism, including to strengthen teachers’ ideological building, put teachers’ moral cultivation first, strengthen teachers’ professional knowledge learning, improve their professional competence and understand the importance of teaching reflection.
