Thought is the essence of the subject,the New Curriculum Reform standard on mathematics education needs to achieve the overall goal description involves four dimensions,which clearly emphasizes the importance of helping students to establish number sense in the process,symbol consciousness,space concept,in a variety of mathematical learning activities to cultivate students’ reasoning ability,emphasizing the cultivation of students’ mathematical thinking and mathematical thinking mode.The unit of "the Wide Angle of Mathematics " which has been set up in the textbook especially permeates "Mathematics Thinks",the presentation of teaching content is based on pictures and guided by questions.There is a large space for teaching design and various teaching methods,which are challenging for teachers,while there are still many problems to be settled at present.To well understand the penetration of "Mathematics Thinking’ in this unit,and figure out the problems teachers are now facing,this dissertation is aimed at carrying out the research by taking literature research and questionnaire surveys.By analyzing both the main and secondary "Mathematics Thinking",the author found that there are several characteristics which are closely related to life,focusing on the teaching of mathematical ideas and involving strong logic of knowledge.This dissertation analyzes the embodiment and correlation of main mathematical ideas in "wide Angle of Mathematics".In order to infiltrate mathematical thoughts,most teachers will let students experience the process and experience mathematical thoughts through exploration activities;In the case of complex teaching content,teachers’ comprehensive ability is insufficient and effective infiltration means are lacking.Teachers have difficulties in developing their thinking,establishing mathematical models,transferring knowledge and applying knowledge.Students are interested in "mathematics wide Angle",but the degree of ideological internalization is not high,the knowledge transfer is poor,there is still a lot of room for improvement of classroom participation,and the completion of after-class exercises is not good.After the teaching experiment,it is found that teaching objectives with gradient design can teach students in accordance with their aptitude,systematic understanding of "mathematics wide Angle" content can improve teachers’ teaching ability,teachers’ higher teaching ability will be more effective in putting forward problems in class,and students’ full activity experience and summary can effectively permeate mathematical thoughts.The dissertation is trying to work out the participation of students during the class and level of their grasp of “Mathematics Thinking” by recording teachers’ understanding of the unit above and their strategies for students’ confusion.By analyzing the outcome of the questionnaire,the author figures out that the teachers do not have a clear understanding of the teaching objectives of the unit and cannot apparently catch the importance of nurturing students’ mathematical thinking.While when it comes to students,problems on how to develop students’ mathematical thinking are presented.Moreover,teachers fail to find a way to properly nurture students’ mindset.Combined with the outcome of students’ questionnaire,the dissertation analyzes the problems existing in students’ learning process and at the meantime provides detailed guidance on how to improve the quality of their teaching.Based on the investigation of the current teaching and learning situation,and with the help of data collected,the dissertation puts forward specific suggestions such as strengthening teachers’ professional knowledge systematically as well as improving the accuracy of the examples,heightening the internalization of thoughts through reflection and practice,cultivating teachers in the form of unit modules is also referred to as an effective method.
