In recent years, with the further deepening of the new curriculum revolution, all the provinces and cities nationwide have been actively carrying out the research and practice of the highly effective classroom which is based on the effective classroom, finishes the teaching task, and meanwhile achieves the teaching goal of high efficiency and good effect. Besides, it can get higher education and teaching influence and social benefit to a certain extent. The mathematic accomplishment of the middle school students is one of the necessary conditions to achieve the highly effective classroom. Similarly, the mathematic accomplishment of the middle school students is also in direct relation to the quality of school education.First of all, this thesis mainly elaborates the research background of the topic and the research’s contents and ways. By consulting the literatures, it theoretically elaborates the mathematic accomplishment, analyses its conception and cultivation of the mathematic ability of the middle school students, thus improving their mathematic accomplishment and the effective measures to achieve the highly effective classroom. Finally, it will be effectively carried out in the classroom, achieve the effect of the highly effective classroom and improve the quality of the mathematic education and teaching.Secondly, based on the theory, take the students of grade 2 in our senior high school (Shanxi Province Weinan City Gushi Middle School) as the research objects. By the questionnaire survey, we have a correlation analysis of the overall level and different classes’ difference of the mathematic accomplishment. Based on the analysis and combined with the analysis of the mathematic accomplishment cultivation, we point out the deficiency of the current cultivation strategy. Combined with our school’s practical teaching situation, we change accordingly and finally put forward effective and reasonable proposals for our school students’ mathematic education.At last, we make a summary of this research, point out the deficiency during the research implementation, and make reasonable changes combined with our school’s practical situation, thus putting forward effective proposals accordingly. To achieve the highly effective classroom, more researches should be carried out to finally improve the quality of education and teaching.
