With the arriving of the information age and the accelerating life rhythm, the micro learning with the characteristics of informal learning and mobile learning is changing the way of people to access to information. The traditional classroom learning can’t adapt to the development of micro learning requirements. At this point a new curriculum model-"micro-course" arises at the historic moment. Micro-course is not only to meet the requirements of the micro learning but also promote the teaching reform. Therefore, this article carries on the analysis to the micro-course, to explore the design model and provide guidance for the development of theory and practice of micro-course.This thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter I:Mainly introduce the research purpose, research methods and research content of this study. Then expound the background and significance of this study.Chapter Ⅱ:Firstly, compare the difference between mini-lesson, mini-class and micro-course through the literature research and other scholar’s research in the course and give the definition of the micro-lecture and summarize the characteristics of the course in this paper. Then introduce the relevant theories of the present study and induce the revelation of the theories at the same time.ChapterⅢ:Mainly analyses a micro-course case. Summarize the design principle of micro-course base on the analysis and induction of the case. Then put forward the design model of micro-course, and analyze the micro-course design model in detail. Finally put forward the problems should be noticed in the design process.ChapterIV:According to the course design model, combined with the characteristics of secondary school biology curriculum design high school biological course. Finally, through the application of the micro-course, I make a interview and the survey about the effect of course.Chapter Ⅴ:Summarize the study.present the research results and the existence problems of the study, and put forward the outlook and suggestions for future research.
