Biological science is an experiment-based discipline,whether the successful development of the biological experiment class affects the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and whether it can improve the core literacy of biology is directly related.Whether the success of the biological experiment class directly affects the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and the improvement of biological core literacy.The High School Biology Elective One published by the People's Education Press(PEP)cover several large-scale comprehensive research-type experiments such as plants,microorganisms,DNA,protein and other technologies.Due to the lack of experimental instruments in the school laboratory and the time-consuming experiment,it is difficult to complete in the classroom time.High school students are under pressure to study and are pressed for time.They do not have enough time to complete these experiments.In most cases,they are taught by traditional blackboard teaching methods.This situation will affect students' understanding of experimental principles and weaken the mastering of experimental operation skills.This article uses micro-lesson as a teaching method to solve the above problems.Therefore,in this study,the two experimental items in the textbook of The High School Biology Elective One(published by PEP)were used as the development objects of micro lesson design,and the application of two micro lesson in teaching was designed and implemented.Designed to provide a reference for first-line teachers to design and develop micro lesson of biological experiments.This article mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and lesson analysis method to practice and explore the design and application of micro lesson.First of all,through the literature research method to sort out the domestic and foreign research progress of micro lesson,and then use interview methods and questionnaire surveys to investigate part of the biology teachers in the practice school and some science students in the second gradeto understand the current status of micro lesson applied in experimental teaching suggestions with teachers and students.The result shows that students have some difficulties in learning the experimental content of high school biology elective one,and students were more interested in micro lesson.Through interviews with teachers,it was found that the use rate of micro lesson in the experimental courses of high school biology elective one is pretty low,especially most teachers have certain difficulties in the production of micro lesson and the acquisition of video resources.In view of the above problems,referring to the characteristics,design principles and methods of micro lesson,a micro lesson script for the experimental content of High School Biology Elective One.By analyzing the academic situation and teaching status,using Camtasia 2019 screen recording software to design and produce two micro-classes of "Rough Extraction and Identification of DNA" and "Amplification of DNA Fragments by Polymerase Chain Reaction".In the course of designing micro lesson and applied micro lesson,it was concluded that the application of micro-courses has a great auxiliary effect on the teaching content of High School Biology Elective One.Firstly,it solved the problem of insufficient hardware facilities in the school laboratory,and overcomes the difficulty that some traditional experimental classes cannot observe the experimental results due to the long experimental period.Secondly,it strengthens the students' understanding of the experimental principle and the content of the experimental operation.It can provide new ideas for high school first-line teachers to teach High School Biology Elective One,and provides design and application methods for the reference of first-line teachers.
