In the era of knowledge explosion and the rapid development of computer technology and internet technology,the way in which people interact with each other and the knowledge spread around the world has been changed radically,the new media has been rising rapidly like the "micro-blog".These changes has had a great influence on education.Informal learning,micro-learning and online-learning are so popular that it challenges traditional education.We must simplify the way of spreading the knowledge and make it more diverse and varied so that the learner can grab plenty of skills in a short time.In this case,the micro-course has emerged as the times require.It has a very little of learning content and the object is more concentrate.It is very flexible in the time and place of studying.Taking the student as the center,and providing the learning scaffolding.The learning material comes from the students’ living,so it has strong practicability and operability.Students and teachers from all around the world like it very much,and this way of learning is so popular and cool.With the evolution of the curriculum reform,It requires that we should take the students as principal parts and teachers playing leading roles, and wakes up teachers’ curriculum sense.Teachers should use the resource to design courses tightly with practice in order to promote the overall development of the students.This paper researched on biology micro-course of senior high school from the aspects of theoretical and practical which based on those above standards and the content of biology course of senior high school and the characteristic of micro-course.Designed principle and idea of micro-course by analyzing three cases of micro-course abroad.Investigating the situation of implementation of domestic biology micro-course,In the process of developing micro-course,I had adopted document analysis firstly and found that domestic research on micro-course began in2012,but received widespread attention in2013,the research focused on theory,lack of subject practices.Then investigating the implementation of biology micro-course of high school in domestic,and I found a lot of students knew a little about micro-course,but they were quite interested in micro-course learning,and they also had some device to support online learning.Through investigation from teachers,most of them are interested in using information learning style,but lack of relative training, that resulted in more difficulty of a large scale promotion.Finally,presented the process of design and application about three kinds of biology micro-course and carried on the track analysis to the application process in order to get the existence problems and improve it.At the end of this paper,the author summarized the process of design and application of micro-course and the influence that the micro-course development bring on the new curriculum reform, to come up with the limitations of micro-course in biology education and the directions of future research.
