With the coming of the 21st century, the education system is facing various opportunities as well as challenges. It makes modern style of education more serious to carry out the New Course Standard. Considering the teaching method of biology in senior high school, it is very urgent for us to find an effective method to improve the ability for students to learning biology. Therefore, this paper studied the importance and significance of improving the learning ability of senior high school students by using positive psychology education method based on National Standard for biology curriculum in senior high school, with the employment of the modern teaching method of biology in senior high school, and combination of the methods like relating literatures, questionnaire investigation and classroom practice, etc.. In order to enhance persuasion, based on the experiment to prove the feasibility of the attempt, the experimental results show that the permeability positive psychology education in biology teaching for improving students’ interest in learning biology and biological performance, as well as the overall learning effect is very significant.
