Positive education is a new educational concept constructed under the inspiration of positive psychology.Compared with traditional education,positive education adopts the “advantage view”,which believes that young people have the potential for positive development,which is a kind of expansion and development traditional education.On the basis of reading a lot of literature,this research carried out active educational practice in high school biology classroom,summarized and analyzed the practice results,and put forward teaching suggestions.This study uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaires,interviews,case analysis,etc.To explore and analyze the principles of positive psychology in biology classroom practice.First,by issuing questionnaires to the student group to understand the students' “ SPERMA” level and to understand the penetration of positive psychology in the classroom.Secondly,by conducting interviews with the biology teaching group,we can understand the biology teachers' understanding of positive psychology,the penetration in the class,and their views on the practice of positive psychology.Thirdly,according to the results of the students' questionnaire survey and the interview results of biology teachers,the paper puts forward the strategy of applying positive psychology principles in biology classroom,and put them into practice.Finally,through the case analysis method,analyze the changes of “ SPERMA” level and achievement before and after the practice of the experimental group and the control group.The practical results show that positive educational practice is feasible.The practice of positive education can improve students' “ SPERMA” level and academic achievement level.This study summarizes practical experience and puts forward three suggestions for teachers: First,positive educational practice should run through all teaching links.Second,teachers should continuously strengthen their understanding of positive psychology.Third,we must base ourselves on the “three pillars” of positive psychology.“ SPERMA” theoretical model of the Department of Psychology of Tsinghua University on students' “positive self”,“positive emotion”,“positive engagement”,“positive relationship”,“positive meaning” and “positive achievement”.Measured in 6aspects,analyzed the measurement results,and further proposed 6 major teaching strategies: helping students to recognize their own potential and give full play to their own advantages,positive outlook on talents,improving students' "blessing" experience in the learning process,and promoting positive relationships cycle,improve students' self-determination ability,and cultivate students' growth mindset.The purpose is to provide reference and reference for the implementation of active education for senior high school biology teachers.
