Research On The Vocational Development Of Independent College From The Perspective Of Public Management

Under the background of popularization of higher education, the rapid development of the independent college, the number and the size of the school has begun to take shape, has become an important part of higher education in our country. Along with the reform of higher education to develop in depth, each university is facing the transformation development, the main body is more diversified, and the diversified development trend of university industry is presented. From the perspective of public management, the research on the road to the development of Vocational Education in the independent college is very important for improving the level of independent college and promoting the healthy development of the independent college.Firstly, from the definition of concept, according to the theory of higher education, the history of private education in our country, the paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the development of the independent college. Secondly, from the perspective of public management, the development of the Independent Institute of professional law and the development of the existing problems were analyzed, summed up the four major reasons. Finally, with the experience and Enlightenment of the development of higher education in foreign countries, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:first, improve the legal system of independent colleges; two is to strengthen the government policy support, promote the development of independent colleges; three is to improve the management structure, ensure the implementation of policies; four is a sound institutional mechanisms for the development of independent colleges.The vocational education of the independent college is in compliance with the development needs of the regional economy, and the traditional teaching is too theoretical and lack of practice. This article discusses the background, problems and ways of the education of Vocational Education in the independent college, so as to provide a reference for the development of the independent college.
