Along with the development of China’s popularization of higher education, an increase in the number of college teachers, improve teachers’ quality is particularly important. During the process, the independent college full-time teacher youth team is constantly expanding, however, youth of the independent college full-time teacher teaching age is short, low degree and title is low, so that the lack of professional training, teaching and scientific research ability is weak, the young full-time teachers of literacy needs to be improve. The instrumental rationality of teachers under the background of education to teachers’ independent development, teachers’ independent development to get everyone’s approval. Young independent college full-time teacher in knowledge literacy, ability to teaching, academic research, social services, professional moral quality such as dimensions of self reflection and practice, is the important content of teachers’self-development. Further to explore the dimensions of their independent development of the status quo, analysis after the relevant internal and external factors, to promote the development of independent college teachers has a particularly important role.Through the development of university teachers, teachers’ independent development, independent colleges system, etc. A review of the research of the independent college teachers in guangxi and nine parts of the independent college full-time youth teachers in-depth interviews, construct the basic theoretical and practical study.For recycling questionnaire, using Spss18.0statistical analysis software for statistical processing, clarify the full-time in guangxi independent college young teachers’ autonomous development of the status quo. Using Spss18.0of exploratory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis was carried out on the teachers’self-development intrinsic factors, that influence youth in guangxi independent college full-time teachers’ autonomous development of six internal influence factors, by each factor under several topics to find common ground to naming each factors, to explore the six internal factors affecting teachers’ independent development, practical ability, thinking ability, sense motive, explore reflection, professional ethics, interpersonal communication, etc.Combined with the statistical data, detailed analysis is six internal factors how to influence teachers’autonomous development. Teachers’ practical ability influence teachers to apply subject knowledge and the knowledge of academic research in the teaching practice, teachers into the social, and in-depth enterprise, understand the new knowledge, new products, new technologies, etc; Teacher’s thinking level affect the development of the teachers’academic research, influence teachers published papers, participate in the project and write book quantity and quality, etc.; Teachers consciousness motive influence to student’s attention degree, the degree of interest in social services, on the degree of cognitive education laws, etc.; Teachers explore reflection influence frequency of reading books and journals, the impact on the day-to-day teaching, teacher reflection to improve teaching behavior, try to use the frequency of the new teaching skills and methods, etc.; Teachers professional ethics influence on students’degree of respect, tolerance, influence the teachers’ sense of responsibility and professional dedication; Teacher’s interpersonal influence teachers and students, and leadership and communication with colleagues. Their self-development in professional ethics in good condition; In terms of academic research and social service independent development situation is not very ideal, the weakness of scientific research and practical ability; In knowledge attainment, teaching ability, interpersonal relationship, further development remains to be further enhance promotion planning, etc.At the same time, generalizes the teacher training, evaluation system, dean of the managing idea, management system of the college and the college culture and other external factors also affect their independent development. Internal factors based on teachers’ independent development put forward the corresponding countermeasure:the teacher wants to improve the practical ability, strengthen the consciousness of thinking quality, training motivation, to explore to reflect, enhance professional morality, strengthen the communication and so on six aspects.Finally, based on interviews of teachers learned teachers independent development in the process of the external influence factors is put forward corresponding counter-measures. To implement the youth in guangxi independent college full-time teacher training and professional; To improve youth in guangxi independent college full-time teacher evaluation system; In guangxi independent college dean update managing concept; Perfect the management system of independent colleges in guangxi; Rich cultural atmosphere and so on five aspects of independent colleges in guangxi.
