| Nowadays, with the transition of the economic system, the development of social economic mode and the transformation of social structure of our country, the problem of college students employment, which is facing more and more severe challenge, has become one of the social concerns. Compared with male graduates, the female college students is such a special group that they would face to greater pressure and tougher challenge.To achieve success for female students employment is not only an important form for female students to participate in social economic development, but also an important reflection for female students to share the equal rights and social status with men. Their employment is closely related to the realization of personal value, the implementation of the educational objective, as well as the economic advancement and social stability of our country.In order to be clearer about the status of the problem of female college students employment, the author chooses C College which is located in the center of Anhui Province as an example. This paper is closely focusing on the female graduates’ employment with part of 2015’s graduates of C College as study objects. Firstly, the paper analyzes the study background and illustrates its significance, and wholly hackles the research of foreign and domestic articles. Secondly, using the self-designed questionnaire, the author conducted a survey within the students from different department of C College. Based on the empirical research, the paper thoroughly summarizes the existing difficulties in the employment situation and makes the deep analysis of the causes and influences of employment problems. At last, the author makes a research on countermeasures which puts forward constructive suggestions and reasonable solutions to the problems. It’s a helpful and beneficial attempt and exploration. Only in this way, can the special group of college graduates find the suitable jobs in severe employment situation. |
