The word "capital",originating in economics,but with the progress and development of human society,in recent years gradually by other subjects for reference and study.In the mergence of economics and other disciplines,and gradually derived "social capital","psychological capital","human capital",and other related concepts and theories of capital,"capital" as the research Angle of view is becoming more and more important.While previous research about college students' employment problem,more is purely from a certain perspective to expounds in theory or in empirical research.Through the past literature review,the study of the question of college students' employment view,are mostly limited in employment quality,employment education,employment areas,and preferences,etc.,only the university graduates employment and social capital in the research of this aspect is more,and combining the college graduates employment and human capital in the academic research literature is very few,along with our country's education mode by the beginning of "elite education" gradually into the current "mass education",the Labour market gradually appear the phenomenon of supply,employment situation is becoming more and more serious.And college graduates as an important talent resources throughout the country and society,the problem of employment is related to social harmony and stability,relationship to the whole country's economic boom,is related to the realization of the great Chinese dream.Therefore,how to effectively improve the ability of the employment of college graduates,to achieve full employment has become an urgent problem in the current society.In fact,the nature of the employment of college graduates process,is to take full advantage of "capital" to the process of access to resources and opportunities.In order to fully understand the university graduate employment in the process of "human capital","psychological capital" and "social capital" the status quo of the triple capital,employment of college graduates and their effects,mainly through the form of questionnaire,this study collected part of jinan university graduates employment in the process of the present situation of the triple capital,and with the aid of statistical software SPSS20.0,triplecapital is to study and analyze the influence of the college graduates employment.The research results show that the employment of college graduates is influenced by the psychological capital,human capital and social capital that three dimensional capital mutual influence,and because the capital point of view is different,its influence factors were different: psychological capital perspective is mainly affected by college students' confidence,hope,optimism,and toughness level.Human capital perspective is mainly affected by students' skills,knowledge,and the impact of physical condition;Social capital perspective is mainly affected by interaction strength,the network density,the influence of the external trust as well as the internal trust;This study the specialized subject and undergraduate course colleges and universities as part of jinan and master degree graduates as the research object,through investigation,individual interview and theoretical analysis,attempts to explore the mode and university graduates to achieve employment mechanism,and through the analysis of today's college graduates employment situation and job satisfaction,find out problems in the process of university graduates in employment,build based on triple capital perspective theory model,the college graduates employment impact mechanism in colleges and universities for more effectively solve the problem of college graduates employment to provide the theoretical basis,and make full use of research results,put forward from the college students' individual micro-level triple capital accumulation way and cultivation method and policy suggestions of colleges and universities in promoting employment of College Students.
