Study On The Influential Factors Of The Regional Flow Direction And Guidance On Employment For College Graduates In Tianjin

Talent is the first resource of social development,which plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and regional development.In China most regions actively implement the open talent policy,which has set off a "battle for talent" that is increasing intense.However,college graduates are facing unprecedented employment pressure.More and more college students have the difficulty in employment.In the process of employment,it appears the phenomenon of overload of talents in some areas and serious shortage of talents in some regions.Therefore,studies on the strategies to guide the regional flow direction of employment for college students reasonably,which not only solves the problem of employment difficulties of college students,but also make more talents flow to suitable areas and serve for its development while realizing self-worth,has become the social focus.This thesis studies the regional flow direction of employment for college graduates in Tianjin,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of summing up the existing research theories and achievements,this thesis first summarizes the regional flow direction of employment for college graduates in Tianjin from 2014 to 2018 by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and empirical analysis.Furthermore it analyzes the direction of regional flow in Tianjin in recent years,the characteristics of the flow direction,the causes of these characteristics and the problems reflected.The survey was conducted on fresh graduates,previous graduates,college counselors,staff of employment department and so on.The Binary Discrete Choice Model(DCM)Logit and Structural Equation Model(SEM)are used to analyze the factors that affect the regional flow direction in Tianjin,and deeply explore the factors and mechanisms that affect the flow.On the basis of summarization and empirical analysis,this thesis puts forward some strategies to guide the regional flow direction of employment for college graduates in Tianjin.
