Higher vocational education is an important part of education, in the future for a long period of time, will be a focus of China’s vocational education development strategy. With the development of China’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the industrial development model, economic development direction will change dramatically, and the quality of the labor hierarchy structure of the economy are also required to change accordingly, together with other groups, the number of continuing employment growth, high employment and vocational school students inevitably affected to some degree, vocational students how to solve the employment problems in society has become a common topic of concern. In this paper, Hunan Industry Polytechnic, for example, starting from the employment status of vocational students, combining the theory of economics and other related employment problems of vocational students and influencing factors are analyzed to explore the proposed measures to ease the employment pressure vocational students, has a certain theoretical significance; vocational placement is an important development is reflected in the students’ employment and vocational students stage a big job, but it is the employment of vulnerable groups, will undoubtedly face enormous pressure and grim reality, Based on this, vocational students for the current employment problems, put forward feasible suggestions and measures to develop the relevant departments of the government and social policies related to employment, vocational student employment guarantee to provide the theoretical basis and reference, has some practical significance.Higher vocational education is vocational education at the high school stage of education, the students in these schools and cultural knowledge of high school education, while according to the requirements of professional positions targeted vocational knowledge education and vocational skills training. Higher education students are in school full-time vocational education in a class of individuals, they are mainly graduated from high school or a high school Equivalent personnel, mainly for social employment after graduation. Employment is a person within the legal age, with the ability to work in certain jobs or gainful operating income of legal labor.Firstly, Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College, for example, the employment of vocational students learned by the presence of the following three questions questionnaire interviews and other methods:working with professional low correlation; higher turnover rate; less alumni recommend degrees.Secondly, this paper considers the factors affecting the employment of vocational students, including government, society, schools and students in four levels, the government employment policy factors, including specific vacancies, job access system needs a sound; social factors, including the concept of employers who choose to be improved, Employers security system is imperfect, social employment information asymmetry; school level factors include less reasonable professional structure, due to the intensity of career guidance, curriculum less scientific; students need to be improved capacity factors including employment, employment mentality needs to be improved.Finally, the factors affecting the employment of vocational students from government, society, schools and students in four dimensions proposed countermeasures, government level:improve employment regulations, the introduction of specific policies, organizational labor export, improve employment access system; social dimension:intermediary organizations to establish education, construction, credit information system, construct guild regulatory mechanisms; school level:school-enterprise cooperation model to optimize, optimize the structure of professional settings, establish job-oriented curriculum, strengthening the "double" of teachers, and strengthening training equipment for construction improve school career guidance; student level:to enhance employability, employment correct mentality, cultivate entrepreneurship awareness.
