Study On The Students Management In Shenyang Conservatory Of Music

With the development of society, more and more people need art talent, the art colleges in our country have got a rapid development in recent years, while the level of students management in art colleges is directly related to the overall development of students.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction. The background and significance of this study are introduced. The relevant literature on the management of students in art colleges and universities is summarized. The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis. This part firstly defines the concept of art, art students and art students, and introduces the Maslow’s theory, matrix management theory and cognitive psychology, which provides the theoretical basis for this study.
