Study On The Main Problems Of S University Financial Management And Its Countermeasures

Appeared in recent years,our country's higher education popularization,marketization,socialization and the development trend of diversified sources of funds and so on,colleges and universities has become a special subject of market economy in our country.During this period,the financial environment of universities,financial status,financial functions,financial management concepts,financial management mechanism in the event of a fundamental shift,driven by the trend,college financial management work in the new content and characteristic,also exposed in the original financial management system,mechanism,methods,ideas and other aspects..Efforts to increase the education investment benefit is the financial managers must consider strategic issues.In this paper,based on the study of the theory of financial management in colleges and universities,we do research on S in financial management of colleges and universities,points out its problems in financial management,namely financial personnel structure is unreasonable,lack of standardized business processes,such as unscientific budget management,internal control supervision system is not perfect and have not set up perfect financial analysis system,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems,namely,to strengthen the accounting personnel team construction,optimize the financial management of the business process,optimization of budget management,perfecting the internal control and supervision mechanism as well as build S university financial analysis system.Through the combination-of theory and practice,this paper established the university financial management system which accords with the situation of our country,it is concluded that the method has a certain practicality and operability,for domestic colleges and universities to improve and strengthen the financial management system construction has a certain reference and reference.
