| In the new century, as the reformation of the economic level, our society developed very fast. With the continuous development of the teachers’ resources, the education of urban residents has been developed. However, in the vast rural areas where has great population, the teachers’ resources is relatively week, comparing to those in cities. Due to the market rules, education resources are constantly moving towards the urban areas. In order to change the status of rural education, The Chinese government suggested universities cooperated with rural schools to support rural education, establish practice bases in rural schools and select outstanding students as interns working teaching in rural areas. Our country’s replacement education was brought around 1970 s.However, the students’ training plan has not been widely promoted in the full-time normal colleges or universities or colleges and universities. Collages students enrolled in the replacement teaching is still a new project.The title of this article is the replacement teaching in china rural area, based on the replacement teaching of national rural students as the research objects, with reference to foreign students in the countryside who have replacement teaching experience, the analysis of national rural students in replacement teaching in present situation, mining the key problems in replacement teaching, analyzing the cause of the problems so that to provide theoretical suggestions to the rural replacement teaching policy. Based on the findings of the results: Firstly, the replacement teaching is a new project, it has great development potential; secondly, the current rural students in replacement teaching made certain achievements in continuous exploration, but at the same time, it emerging some problems. After we analyzed these problems in this paper, we put forward the following suggestions: the replacement teaching should considerate the practical situation of rural area, should meet the needs of rural education, should pay more attention on intern training, should improve the relevant measures and the system of teaching practice, should increase the teaching enthusiasm of students, should improve the teaching of social identity, should strengthen the teaching practice guidance, should ensure the quality of the work in replacement teaching and finding various sources of funds for rural education.This paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, mainly talk about college students teaching practice of the background, significance, and literature review and research methods etc; the second chapter is related concept definition and theoretical basis, this paper defines the replacement teaching, tutoring students sources; chapter three is the study of domestic rural students in replacement teaching in present situation; chapter four is the introduction of a typical domestic and foreign experience, Chapter five is analysis of problems and causes of college students replacement teaching; according to the actuality and the problems, the sixth chapter present provided some suggestions and implications. In the seventh chapter, the conclusion of this thesis the study is summarized. |
