| Practice has always been an indispensable part in training process of normal university students.In terms of the replacement teaching practice,it is a practical teaching link set up by comprehensive university to improve the professional quality and comprehensive ability of normal university student.This not only have an effect on the cultivation quality of teacher’s university,but also it will bring positive effect meaning to promote education development in rural areas.However,there are still many questions need to be studied in the implementation process because of the there are many factors influencing the replacement teaching practice.Such like,have the replacement teaching practice promoted the improvement of comprehensive ability of normal students? Have the development of education in rural areas been promoted? Have the reform of education training mode been promoted? This series of questions are worthy of our consideration and research.This paper studies the replacement teaching practice,which is a kind of practice mode for colleges and universities to teach in rural primary and middle schools.During this period,teachers will be selected to conduct the internship guidance.And the cooperative colleges and universities will carry out the training to the teachers in rural primary and secondary schools to realize the optimal allocation of teachers.Based on the replacement teaching practice,this paper studies the practical effectiveness of the normal university student,the internship base and the comprehensive university,which include three aspects :(1)what the effectiveness of the replacement teaching practice will be reflected and what is the effect;(2)what are the factors and reasons that affect the effectiveness of the internship;(3)how to guarantee the effectiveness of the replacement teaching practice.Through the study of S university,the author operates the literature research,questionnaire surveys and interviews.And selecting the S university students and teachers that have participated in the replacement teaching practice as the research object.Fully understand the development situation and theoretical basis of the replacement teaching practice,and the current situation and problems.Based on the present situation and existing problems,this paper discusses the countermeasures to further improve its effectiveness.The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the replacement teaching practice has indeed promoted the personal comprehensive quality of normal students.According to the data,it is mainly embodied in the further mastery of education teaching skills,the establishment of the teacher ethics,and the choice of employment direction.Secondly,the replacement teaching practice promotes the development of education in rural areas,which not only promotes the personal growth of students and teachers,but also accelerate education reform and innovation in the internship school.Thirdly,the replacement teaching practice promotes the reform of education,which makes education teaching theoretical research more practical and improves the training mode of education practice.At the same time,there are still some problems to be solved in organization and implementation in the research,which include time arrangement,pre-job training,effective guidance,institutional construction and security problems.The solutions to the problem will be discussed from three dimensions : deepening the reform of the teaching reform of normal university teachers,perfecting the organization and management of the internship,and strengthening the system guarantee of the internship.Through these data and conclusions,we will have a relatively comprehensive understanding about he effect of replacement teaching practice,and this paper will be conducive to promote higher school actively exploring new models of undergraduate students cultivation and to realize the synchronization of teaching theory level and practice ability of normal students.At the same time,the construction of rural schools could provide education teaching practice platform for colleges and universities,and colleges and universities could provide training,teaching and research guidance,diversified service system for the rural school teachers.In this way,universities and rural schools can promote each other and develop together. |
