| A university has explored and made a excitation mechanism of income distribution named as “pay according to amount of work, work more equal pay more and superior performance equal more reward†since state council decides to execute performance wage thoroughly in administrative institution including universities. It has brought some positive effect on arousing the enthusiasm of employee and improving working performance. However, the system of performance wage in secondary colleges and universities is not perfect, and cause some insufficiency in practice. For example, it exists much faults: make much of research and make light of instruction, little effect brought by performance wage, excessive difference on wage between high grade teaching employee and low grade teaching employee, inaccuracy for performance wage system, etc. Therefore, it is very important to create and complete a scientific and suitable performance wage system of secondary colleges in universities based on creating talent highland, stabilizing teaching staffs, stimulating excellent talent, promoting teaching level, raising quality of teaching, promoting level of service economy and society.The situation of performance wage management for worldwide colleges and the reform process of college performance wage system in our country were studied by applying the method of integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative research in this paper. By comprehensive contrast, the experience and method of establishing performance wage system in secondary colleges of universities at home and abroad were analyzed. Meanwhile,the situation and main problem of performance wage reform in A college were studied depending on questionnaire survey and face to face interview, etc. Proposal from teaching staffs was also used to improve performance wage system. The performance wage system from three typical secondary colleges of A university(Engineering, Science and art) was chosen to study as wage case. Based on this case, the related excitation theory of performance wage was used to analyze the main problem and reason occurring in the process of system design and execution.In order to explore a reasonable and scientific performance wage system in secondary colleges of university, improvement way of thinking and optimization direction was proposed based on the design of performance wage system in secondary colleges of A university by above comparison analysis and generalize in this paper. It can not only supply suitable suggestion for system reform of income distribution in A university, but also supply case reference for establishing perfect performance wage system in secondary colleges of provincial university. |
