At present, the increasingly fierce competition in higher vocational colleges, students become the focus of competition in Higher Vocational Colleges and the outstanding quality of teaching quality is the key to improve students attractive schools. The teacher is responsible for teaching tasks, teaching quality depends on the main force and core strength. In this sense of Higher Vocational Colleges competition is the competition of quality of teachers. Therefore, formulate a scientific assessment, on the work of teachers to help them find their deficiencies, and help them to improve the teaching level and own quality gradually become the focus of management in Higher Vocational Colleges’ work, also caused the attention of many scholars in theoretical circles. This study analyzes the JG college teacher evaluation data are presented on the theoretical framework of their own. Analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of Teachers College and the existing problems of JG. Then in the light of these problems, the performance appraisal system of teachers in JG college360degrees all-around appraisal method and management by objectives optimization.
