The relationship between teachers and students is a basic interpersonal relationship in the process of education; it is also a kind of relationship that education workers pursue constantly. With the deep development of the cross subject research, study the relationship between teachers and students with a different perspective has become a new trend on current education research. How to adopt a new angle of view to analyze the relationship between teachers and students becomes more and more popular.With the increased awareness of ecology and the ecology theory, ecology has deep impact on education gradually, and more and more scholars began to study the relationship between teachers and students by using the perspective of ecology. Interpret the relationship between teachers and students from ecology can enrich the research contents of the basic theory of education, it also can create a new way to think about the relationship between teachers and students.Specifically,the paper can be divided into three parts:First of all, the ecological relationship between teachers and students is an ecological network system relationship. It forms by their teach and learn and other activities. They are in a relationship that they relate to each other and always change. In this kind of relationship, teachers and students are equal. So it’s a relationship that is symbiotic, dynamic and endowed meaning of life.Secondly, scan the current relationship between teachers and students with the ecology view, we find that in the current relationship:some teachers pay attention to their authority, treat students with deviation, it’s the lack of symbiotic performance. Some teachers and students have few communications, some teachers’teaching designs are conservative, and that’s the dynamic performance. At the same time, it also reveals the lack of life value that some teachers ignore students’life value. Based on these lacks of ecological significance, we research the reasons why they happen from the aspects of traditional culture "teachers host, students follow", the unreasonable school’s education evaluation way, the deviation of social education and the ectopic of family education.Finally, in the process of the construction of ecological relationship between teachers and students, the idea of overall development in the concept of dynamic balance and the group dynamic view in ecological view provides the necessary theoretical support for the construction of ecological relationship between teachers and students. We should start from the reality and work for the achievement of ecological communication of teachers and students, the dynamic school evaluation, the balance of school cultural environment and the ecological unification of family education and school education. Then we can construct a good relationship between teachers and students that is full of real equality, vitality, and endowed with the meaning of life.
