With the upgrading of China’s economic structure, the business needs of college talent is changing. Higher Education has been the transition from elite education to the popularization of education, its main function is to serve the community, to training talents adapted to the social development needs. In order to guarantee the smooth output and input of College Talents, universities and companies should form a consensus personnel training, building personnel training mode System of Higher Education under the demand-driven enterprise.This Thesis systematically reviews the relevant research results at home and abroad school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training as well as more mature school-enterprise cooperation training model. Through the analysis of the Cultivation of Talents status quo, the status quo of business needs as well as school-enterprise supply and demand dislocation, the Thesis proposes the development trend of school-enterprise cooperation. According symbiosis theory, it demonstrates the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation by logistic model; According the competency model, it identifies the evaluation differences between universities and business of graduates’ competency by using of questionnaires; According to human capital theory, constructivist theory, it builds different universities needs of embedded training mode through four types of links—Training objectives, curriculum, teaching practice and teaching evaluation and puts forward a sound security system of personnel training from the policy, institutional and legal regulations. Finally, it proves the applicability of the model through the "G & H" Diamond Ban case.The main conclusions of this article can be conclude to the following:(1)Universities and companies generally valued integrity, responsibility and other personal qualities; do not value self-development, the ability to self-concept and other aspects of achievement motivation.(2) The abilities of enterprises to pay attention than universities are: information management capabilities, emergency management,foreign language ability; corporate universities than the ability to pay attention to are:ability to learn, ability to execute, time management skills, self-confidence, computer skills.(3) The requirements of embedded training model as an effective guide students’ independent learning and training model personal qualities, not only logical that the overall quality of personnel training and the formation of the law, and can effectively solve business and universities in terms of talent supply and demand contradictions.
