Elementary education reform advocates whole-person education, pay attention to student’s learning process, students are encouraged to actively participate in learning, cooperative learning, promote the sound development and personal attention to students’ ability. Teachers are the perpetrators of the new curriculum, the realization of teachers’ ideas, change the character and behavior, we must create a change of environment for teachers teaching management, the implementation of the people-oriented management.Teaching management is the central task of the school management, the implementation of new curriculum reform and implementing quality education of the main positions.Use B middle school as the research object, this article mainly from the perspective of human-oriented, this paper discusses the current situation of the teaching management, characteristics, through the respect and understanding between and among teachers, students, administrators and the establishment of democratic atmosphere, the B high school in Xinjiang in the process of teaching management how to interpret and implement "people-oriented" management concept is introduced and analyzed, through studying the internal causes of B school fast growth, so as to provide a new perspective for similar schools and certain experience for reference.This research adopts qualitative research methods, comprehensive use questionnaire, interview, observation, physical methods such as collection, with B middle school’s teaching management, teachers, students as the interview or observation object, with the aid of people-oriented management theory, in the process of the analysis of the data, in the whole teaching process management teachers "teaching" and students "learning" the way to study the two aspects.Paper is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction; The second part is the introduction to the theory of people-oriented teaching management; The third part describes B middle school teaching management status; The fourth part is the conclusion and reflection.Study the following conclusions: 1. The advanced teaching management concept; 2. Based on the circumstance; 3. The variety of the teaching management mode; 4. The school the coordination of various functional departments; 5. Teaching managers’ efforts.
